Default Civic VTI 02 Performance issue on tyre replacement

I have installed new eurostar tyres of size 195/65 r15 in my vti 2002 pros....
The car performance has become very low on both CNG and petrol...it takes time in shifting and the fuel consumption has also increased.

Is there anything to do with eurostar tyres and its resistance against road?

one mechanic suggested to change timing belt and bearing. (its 95000 done)

    Please help.

Sir get the 100K check done by Honda 3S.

EuroStar are only good for 80 PS cars, stay away from them.

    Get the 185/65 R15 Bridgestone AR10.
