Default Honda Civic Exi Fuel Efficiency

Mod Edit: Thread moved to correct section.
    Hi All,
I recently purchased Honda Civic 2005 Exi Prosmatec. Driven only 48k KMs and genuine condition.

I want to know how much consumption on CNG should I expect from this?
I also have a Honda City Exis 2000 Automatic and gives me 125 + KM with A/C from a 55Kg Cylinder. Due to this I was expecting that being 1.5L, Civic should give somewhere around 100Km on a 55 Kg Cylinder (Total gas that comes in it is around 8.3 KG or so when empty) with A/C but Alas, my car hardly does 85 KM.

My driving style is usually very calm i.e. I hardly go above 3000 rpm and allow the gears to change quickly. Usually I drive by keeping rpm just under 2500 hence I cannot digest that civic should give just 85 km per full 55 kg cylinder.

The spark plugs are new, tuning, tappet settings, new air filter etc. Done them all to no improvement in efficiency.

So am I expecting too much? What u guys think? Whats the reasonable consumption should this car give? Any other options to improve the consumption will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Just for the record, the Kit is Landy Ranzo, with compact regulator.

Edited to Add : I have driven it to & from hyderabad too & the maximum it had given me is 132KM with A/C on full cylinder.

can compact CNG regulator be a problem for this bad average???? some mechanics told me that this regulator is for 800 cc cars only but since there is no issue with car's performance i am not entertaining that thought.

I am experiencing the same mileage on 2004 exi prosmatec. However, a friend has a manual 2005 exi and his car does 110+ with ac on cng.

85 kilometers per cylinder is VERY less. You should be getting atleast 20km more ...atleast.

    How is it on Petrol?

Sir the 7th Gen Civics are very sensitive about the advancer, the Green Testamtso 2 in 1 works best.

Also check your Air intake, if it is blocked too much.

Lastly check if your battery is giving proper current.

My PROSMATEC, same model and CNG tank, 88K driven gives 105-135km on City Highway with A/C, I even have the high resistance, oversized Pirelli P6000.

The air intake is blocked 70%. On petrol it gives me around 9-10 km/litre with AC.
