about tinting rear screen. Ive seen some japanese/germens tinting the rear screen from outside on youtube. A heat gun is used using protective gloves. Advantages are that it doesnr effecet the defogger's working, no problems in removing it as it wont damage thedefogger, it looks good as u cant see the defogger strips. The disadvantage is that it will get scratched easily. My recommendation is get the scrath proof paper to avoid scratches of daily wear n tear n washing. The other disadv is that our 'ustaads' arent that qualified n usually do a scruffy n not so clean job. The use of pressurised water hoses for washing can start peeling it off from a side. Our extreme temp can play a role aswell. My vote go for it as whenever it gets bad just change it.it mite cost u a bit n khuwaari but ull be in peace as it will be easier to remove (the tint is a true PIA when removing from the inside esp the lower curves n corners) n wont effect ur defogger. Youtube it. I would recommend a DIY using a heat gun n 3M scratchless paper .

^just to add if u can show the tint guy the video it will be of great value. Using heat gun will stretch the paper n get it shaped accoding to the curvature of the screen. The screen, not being flat like side mirrors ,does not go well with tint paper. Thats the reasons most ustaads use strips for the rear n not 1 piece as it creates air bubbles n looks bad. I would tint my rear screen only if i get it in 1 piece which is hard to get hold of as the size is usually small.

Visit the following link, it will clear all your doubts. In layman's language, its just a tint paper but of good quality thus costing slightly more.

i personally never opt for seat covers or steering cover but when selling the vehicle, get some normal quality stuff and put it on...but i always enjoy the original upholstery myself...after all i paid 2 million bucks for my car!
+1; I fall in love with this Civic / New City's steering...its much better to hold and use in day to day drive; I have the same plan as bilal49er mentioned...use the OEM thing myself and before selling the car; put on some normal quality seat covers

Khurram bhai, I think these maybe from Dubai, but I bought them here in Pakistan.
Three more sets are available for any enthusiast. Sets means headlights (3 sets) and tail lights (3 sets). Btw there a marked difference between the Pakistani ones and the imported ones.

Zunny, I appreciate your point perfectly because you have actually talked sense. But sometimes things are different when you look at them from another angle. I'm the type of guy who is aware that there are thousands of similar cars buzzing on our roads today since the "Reborn" model was introduced back in mid-2006 and its still in production. Though I'm not a show off type yet I'd certainly like my car to be different in a decent manner.
Secondly, had I bought Oriel, I would have got the following things:

    1. Airbags (Agreed they are important)
    2. Sunroof (Yes its a luxury thing)
    3. Alloy rims (Saves you money but I really dont like the design in 15")
    4. Fog Lights

Even had I bought Oriel I would still be uplifting it with the stuff I'm doing right now:
    1. New uplifted model smoked out headlights (They look & perform better)
    2. New Tail lights with LED Effect (U have to see these to believe me)
    3. 16" Imported OEM Honda Alloy Wheels
    4. Ultra High Performance Tyres
    5. High Performance HIDs
    6. LED lights shashka

So you can imagine what hole that Oriel would have burnt in my pocket.
The most important thing is that when I wanted to buy Viper, I could only hardly stretch out to buy the VTi. Difference between VTi and Oriel was almost 2.15 lacs and honestly, that was impossible for me. Thats a lot of money my dear and I never wanted to invest 2.15 lacs in airbag, sunroof, 15" inch rims yet end up with a stock car that still needed much to be done. Yes, if I could afford the difference, I wuld have bought the Oriel. The only debatable point here is that I've skipped on airbags, an important safety feature but frankly, how many of us drive brand new vehicles with airbags and there's something in store for someone by Almighty Allah, well, even 6 airbags won't save you.
