Question civic 97 jitter in transmission

    Dear fellows,

I bought a civic 97 6 months ago and now i am having a problem, it jitters/vibrates when i release clutch pedal in first gear. Also there is some kind of play in the transmission like when you race up in first or 2nd gear and then let the engine breaking kick in.... its like the car slows down and then start jerking where the rpm is still quite higher then idle. especially when u give race again after slowing down there is a significant jerk. and this becomes more prominent in CNG but still can be felt on petrol

There are also some sounds coming from engine. the first sound is when clutch pedal is not pressed, its like something is getting rubbed, constant sheeesh.... but not that significant. When i press the clutch pedal the sound becomes more prominent and its like something is getting rubbed in constant intervals. like some kind of loose wheel or something.

I want to know what problem this is, thought of getting the clutch replaced but since its kind of expensive so i want to be sure before i spend some hand full amount on it.

    Waiting for your replies.

    Regards,

You need a new clutch plate and throw out bearing.
Also get the engine mountings checked, they may be broken
