check the engines compression at a good workshop - most probably its worn out valve seals or wear on valve guides and valve stems.

Happens a lot in Pakistan as we dont wait to warm up our engines.

check the compression - and remove the head to see valve wear. the spark plugs will also show crusted deposits with bad valve seals. with bad rings they would show black spark plugs.
