Default NEED HELP Civic 99 EXi lower from left side

a few days back i noticed that my car seems lower from left front. the difference was almost 1 inch from top of front tyre to the fender. i went to my mechanic. he checked & told that the problem is not with the front, it is with the rear left side. he said the spring of rear left shock absorber is lowered a little thats why it has its effect on front.
i have bought it this way. it already had CNG fitted. & i think spacers have been installed in rear shocks as the vehicle height is more from rear from original.
    1. Should i simply remove the spacers
    or
    2. install new springs
    3. wats the cost?
    thnx

First of all remove spacers if you want better handling.Do check the front suspension to they might be having spacers to.Then later get all four shock absorbers checked as they might have leaked. The best way to check shock absorbers is when disintigraded from the car and after removing the spring press the shock absorber rod all the way down and see if it returns back into it's position. If it doesn't it's leaked.
