    - what is the radiator condition
    - connect back the auto fan
    - what is hose pipe situation at top & bottom end any sign of collapse?

post a bigger picture of the breather - the breather metal pipe is usually welded with a coolant pipe to ensure that the fumes remain hot when they enter the airbox, it is done to prevent the fumes from condensing to oil.

I think that pipe is corroded and leaking (due to the use of straight water and no coolant), causing water to mix with the fumes - you also will have water going into the crankcase and mixing with oil and it also caused your overheat as its quite a high point in the cooling system, Also if you have removed that piece of twin metal pipes with nothing but a rubber pipe, please kick yourself now,

What is the overall condition of the cooling system internals - is it rusty? never maintained? - if yes then this was inevitable.

Today car was checked by the Honda Pit Shop Senior Mechanic and he said that car was having a heatup issue before and someone has changed the headgsket before and now their no damage to the headgsket and you should drive it as long as does not give anyother problem.

Car was throwing water like a tap was opened and he also said that the engine of the car ia in quite good condition.

Is it true what he has said.

did he checked for engine cooling system? by removing and eye inspection of pipes & hoses. Like you mentioned 'car was throwing water like tap is open' some thing is not right. Metal Water line to water-pump is bad - one more thing you been using TAP water in system? or coolant?
