    Realy was it a CAI or turbokit

    In civic 2002 few things matter alot.
    1. Healthy fuel pump as in this model fuel pump get lazy after sometime.Get its pressure checked from proper workshop who carry some gauge.
    2. Valve clearance aka as tappets should be done timely.
    3. Fuel filter after every 40k kms.
    Also clean throotlle use nasa or some carb cleaner spray its easy job

    U can get fuel pressure checked frm any honda 3S or Honda pit stop.
    for valve clearance u can get tht done frm same or some good tunner like i get them.
    Go for 4-1 long headers better some chinese-taiwani bolton headers otherwise local depends on quality of fabrication.Unfortunately there are no good fabricators in lhr although in KHI good quality work is being done.Go for downpipe wth 2" inner dia tht will be good enough no need for crazy 2.25"

    fast car depends on how much money u spend on the engine PERIOD
    firstly tell us about your budget only then one can guide you

    P.S dont go for any fancy plugs it wont increase performance at all your stock fuel pump is fine you dont need to change fuel pump and dont go for a 4-1 header your car needs 4-2-1(but if i were you i would have just let it stock and would have bought another car) but oh well your money your choice go for 4-2-1 header with a 2.25inch piping and atleast 2.25inch exhaust/mulfer

    @fuelpump
    its genuine fault in this model most of these have lazy fuel pump by time n this 1 is already 9years old though pressure gauge will tell us the story better no need to change if its producing good pressure.
    @downpipe dia
    on one side ur suggestin stock n other side max wider 2.25" whts tht?Tht will definately make car lazy
    @header
    First gear straight to limiter on even low rev launch n 2nd gear 4700rpm arnt 4-2-1 meant for lowend so in the car which has limiter at 7000 4-1 is best option as topend has to be made more stronger remeber the engine has twin vtecs

    i have never seen any 2002-2006civi have a fuel pump issue cause of an intake this is actually great make him buy a big fuel pump so that he floods his injectors burns the injector coil runs rich as hell and make him shop for a new engine!(chalo mana kay fuel pump kamzor hai) which specific fuel pump would you prefer? plz do mention
    on one side ur suggestin stock n other side max wider 2.25" whts tht?Tht will definately make car lazy
    i asked the topic creator not to get into these downpipe and header wala chakar but if he has already made up his mind to ruin his car(his money his choice his car) then he should go for a 2.25inch piping(a 2inch downpipe is ideal for this car but after installing the header and cold air intake u definitely need a big pipe then 2inch so that the engine's exhaust flows good at the redline - trust me i have hands on experience on both the setups and no the engine wont get lazy a 2.25inch exhaust will leave room for further modification(although exhaust system is something i will always prefer doing at the end of a setup rather then the 1st step)
    First gear straight to limiter on even low rev launch n 2nd gear 4700rpm arnt 4-2-1 meant for lowend so in the car which has limiter at 7000 4-1 is best option as topend has to be made more stronger remeber the engine has twin vtecs

    i dont know what language is that the only thing i got from this post above is 4-2-1 and topend but let me tell u something
    you are a clear example of no experience and too much GOOOOOOOGLING
    you might have read that a 4-1 is a race header for topend and 4-2-1 header is for lowend power (this doesnt mean you come up here and post whatever seems fine to you)
    i dont have time to teach you and get into useless discussions so ill end it up this way so even you can understand
    4-2-1=low end/midend with a small gain in top end
    4-1 =sacrificing low end increasing mid and specially top end

    4-2-1 doesnt mean that your car wont make power up top i can show you many dyno charts of 4-2-1 pulling more power than most 4-1 design design tube lengths is the main thing(something i dont want to discus now becus its 3am in the morning and am going to sleep after this post)

    4-2-1 will give you power through out the revrange

    this isnt an allmotor b16b which revvs to 13000rpm that you are suggesting him a 4-1 race header a 4-2-1 will make enough power till 7000rpm

    wasay I would like you to enlighten how is there a genuine fault in the mitsubishi sourced fuel pump of this car??

    btw - header pipes, mid dia are very finicky business if you want to setup correctly.

    I dont know as im not manufacturer nor linked to them.Yet its not faulty in every car think but Iv seen 2 3 cars including mine both in EXI n VTI.Though we went for Genuine brandnew pump everytime response n mileage improved after swap.It was diagnosed by Honda Fort as it checked wth gauge

    I have had a number of these cars under my tools and nearly everytime the fault was the fuel filter jamming with debris or a car being run on CNG with less than 4 litres of petrol in the tank, which causes the pump to overheat.
