i have 2002 city having 14" alloy wheels. its suspension is hard! but it doesnt bounces on uneven roads rather its handling gets even more grippy! this car has a sports suspension setup so u have to bear its hard ride! my car is usually driven on plane roads so no such issue! check out the springs and absorbers!

once i was facing same problem in my alto before tyre replacement and even after that, it seems to me coz of unbalance wheels.
My recommendation (based on my experience) is go for wheel balance, tht is neither costly nor time consuming.
