Default Civic 1995 Starting Problem when hot?

Hi Guys, when ever my car engine is hot (like after driving 30-40 mints continuous drive) and than re-start my car again, it gets start but very roughly like having Idle/low RPM, less power to engine which effects acceleration and pick both. This problem was in winters and since weather is bit hot now its still there. One more thing to be added here i drive my car on patrol and CNG both in equal proportion, problem persists in both fueling.

Do you guys have any idea what may be the reason, either it has something to do with wiring, battery which shows normal voltage by the way, any specific distributor problem??

    Regards/JK

ignition system is problem, check for distributor HT cable, cable for plugs & the vaccum pipes connected to distributor.

your engine has only 4 ignition cables to the plugs, the coil is inside the distributor, if the distributor cap and its rotor have been cleaned with sandpaper they are scrap now, replace them.
