Use ZIC XQ and Honda oil filter.
ZIC XQ is PAO (Poly Alpha Olefin) Group VI base oil
Havoline fully synthetic from Group III, like ZIC OW

Only oil available in Pakistan better than Zic XQ API SM (ACEA A3/B3/B4) SAE 5W-40 is Mobil 1.

Share mileage of your vehicle (ODO) , fuel (CNG/Petrol), application (driving condition/style), condition of engine (oil consumption) and oil being previously used in order to get a better advice.

Caltex Havoline Fully Synthetic Rs. 2,300

    Zic XQ Rs. 2,800

The mechanic showed me that previous oil was way too dirty. So I had to use the 'Flushing oil' of GULF. Its price was Rs. 1,500. So for economy purpose I went for Caltex (after getting engine flushed first). Next oil change has to be bit sooner than routine (due to previously dirty oil). So for this time I decided to use 'cheaper' one of these two.

My advice to you is to first see the condition of previous oil, then decide.
