Default Civic 94 ac does not work enough at day time

    Xulfiqar@
i had replaced my cars condenser with VTI's (Multiflow), as per your recommendation along with its original fan . Ac works good only for about 4 to 5 days after every refill (top up) , when i asked ac technicians (QASIM AC etc) they said its all due to the faulty condenser ( ya bahot thin lines wala ha ) , they pursue me to buy Malaysian one which has thicker lines and bigger face area.....
before recharging the system i flushed my condenser with ACETONE even though it was shining from inside.....
please suggest should i go for condenser change???

It works for around 30 day , and requires less than half refrigerent as per technicians , when i turn off the ac the cooling coil gives a leaking sound for about 2 to 3 second, the low pressure pipe is not cool it remains at normal temp...... My blower is not working at 1 and 2 speed there for if blower is at 2 the low side pipe starts sweating

the leaking sound is the expansion valve functioning, it flows any remaining gas in the liquid line.

If you are topping up gas every 30 days, you have a big leak and need to have it fixed also fix the blower speed selector, most probably the resistor block is bad. Find yourself a good A/C tech to repair this leak. If your low side line is not sweating then the system is severly undercharged or have a bad expansion valve or you live right in the middle of Thar desert.

I think you have a bad A/C mechanic and is just giving you a run around because you did not buy the condenser from him.
