Default Civic 2000 heating up with AC

Ii have civic 2000, recently got its compressor and condenser replaced(about a month ago)

Now on Saturday night around 9pm, while driving with ac the car's temp went upto 3/4th
normally its between 1/4 or 1/2

now since then with ac car is heating up and sometimes even without ac

today got it checked, the ac guy said ke radiator choke hai so give the car to me for 3 to 4 hours and i'll get it fixed

Now my father is kinda pissed off and don't trust this guy so i didn't leave the car with this guy

Now i was thinking about getting the radiator serviced from a guy which my fellow PW members trust and recommend

So where in Islamabad should i get my radiator cleaned from?

and is this problem even due to radiator or something else

there is rust in the radiator which the ac mechanic showed me saying almost all the holes are closed due to rust

Dear VI gen civics have heat up issues....Don't go for a radiator service it will not fix anything as i suffered the same with mine. Just get a new genuine radiator not Chinese or Used one and do also check for the speed of the Radiator Fan.
Agr isko heatup ka ragra lag gia hai to Do also check for a Head gas kit....
