Anyways, bro, stick to the OEM size, else use tyre size calc to work out next best option or two. Notching up from 185/65-15 to 195/65-15 will render the vehicle higher than usual. While it may not be a great deal to many, but visually, I believe it's going to be a lay off as the sideewall increases while retaining the same amount of wheel gap between the tyre and wheel arch. There will be a slight change in handling and performance as well.
Choose the brand and series which are known to be less painful while balancing. Do consider sidewall rigidity. Your budget is going to be the deciding factor.
