firstly - install the thermostat back in the engine, secondly make sure that you have no air in the system, and no small leaks too. Make sure the wiring to the engine coolant temp sensor is not damaged in any way. The needle works from the ECU.

Also make sure the condenser fins are clean and straight and that both fans run perfectly, they pull quite a lot of air. If they are running weak then you need to check the fans too.

Best truck your car to your city - if you cannot find a competent mechanic. Did you try to purge air from the system? It might be just a small case of trapped air.

Its really really annoying, e.g. the old Honda Accords specially the ones with A and F engines can never be filled correctly unless you bleed air from them. The F and H engines sometimes require a funnel jammed in the radiator cap neck to raise the level even more, while the bleeder nipple burps air.

to get air out - park nose upwards (drive up ramp, mountain, strong men lifting the car <--- take your pick) - open radiator cap and start engine, wait for warmup, squeeze pipes with your hands and keep engine rpm at about 2000. you will see water reduce in the radiator. That shows that air has been displaced.

btw sometimes leakage can be so small that the hot water vaporises at the leak point.

bro, read above, the poster himself said that he got the head faced. my experience is that honda's head is very sensitive and mechanics dont understand it properly. especially in quetta, honda is taken as an alien car.
its better to have it faced again from some sensible mechanic
