Yes, the price you're getting is more or less correct.

Firstly do get a second opinion on the engine if it is really blown or not (visit any honda pitstop). if they say it is gone, you can get it changed from elsewhere. They charge twice for the labor.

A few things to note when buying an engine from bilal gunj

1- Take someone trust-able with you to check the engine
2- Get the exactly similar engine which you have currently running - if you get a different engine, it will fit on the same mounts but will not work flawlessly without altering ECU or replacing the ECU to match the new engine.
3- Do not forget to get the receipt which you'll need later to get it transferred on to your registration book. You'll be told by quite a few of them that its easy to get the old engine number fabricated on the new engine : do not opt for it. It may never be caught but why take the risk. A replaced engine will decrease your car's resale by about 50k, but I still wouldn't suggest tampering with the engine numbers.

If the oil pump was broken what about check engine & oil warning light? if engine was dead seized how did it started with dual batteries explain please ? seriously i wish to know how dual battery can start a dead engine

dual batteries in series 12 +12 = 24 volts for a 12 volts starter motor>>??? - (12/12) 2 batteries in parallel means more amperes but how did it managed to crank a seized engine.

instead of a panic decision get the engine down and opened up step wise.

I seriously doubt that engine has expired beyond economical repair with maximum genuine parts - the Tin Box garage USTAAD these days are always 'dumb jerks' for them it is convenient to swap the engine then opening up and really getting down to the problem and sort it out. They make money both ways and skin the owner to bone.

It is better to open up existing engine prior taking any decision.
