Sir my Altis MT gives me around 11.5~13 in City with AC depending on how you drive. On motorway max I have achieved is 14.5 Km/l with 5 occupants and avg speed of 130-140 Km/h.

You are so right. It's EPS and smaller in size and a bit fat, feels really good in your hands. Definitely better than Altis and City Steering (which is almost the same as in 8th gen civic).

Salik Bhai I am going to post fresh pictures of mileage and I would like to receive your feedback on the mileage after seeing the pics.
I like to drive the way I feel comfortable, feel kinda distracted, when I try to drive consciously.

You're the best judge to evaluate, what pictures have to say!

I have tried to look for you in the manual book but it hasn't labeled anything except oil or water reservoirs.
may be a more enlightened user can answer your query.

Yes, you have spotted it right ! it shows the outside temp (according to the manual book-takes input from the sensor placed near the front bumper). Those changing light bars are not dependent on the ECON button. They go blue when you press the gas pedal hard and turn green when you drive to save the fuel.
