    the best tyre for 9th gen civic is a very specific term.
    however, nowadays the tyres considered to be best are michelin or yokohoma in my opinion.
    you may select as per your budget and road conditions ...

    Michelin Energy Savers or Yokohama Advan DB...

    But on our roads Advan DB has received the most votes for ultimate comfort and zero road noise...

    using yokohama advan db on my civic 8th gen from last year...very quiet tire with gud grip...go for 195/65 R15
    My lugnuts require more torque than your Vtec can put out...

    Better grip but very bad comfort and robustness on our roads, also lesser life in terms of mileage.
