    Default Civic 2005 Horn problem

well since a day before yesterday, the sound of my stock horn has changed significantly. I hope most of you already know the sound of civic horn, now its more high pitched, sort of peeeeep instead of peeermnp it obviously still works but feels like a cheap china made horn

Kindly note, the car wasnt washed, there was no rain and i dont think the car went through any pond of water or something..
    What could be the problem?
Also i am unable to find the horn under the bonnet, where is it located?
