Default Honda Civic 9th Gen Fan Club (2013)

    Salam,

As we just recently bought a Civic 9th Gen (2013) shape and could not find its fan Club on Pakwheels.

So making one, all who own this car or want to own one are allowed to share their views, problems, pics etc of their car.

All the owners of this Latest model should share pics of their car and their views.

I am using Liqui moly fully synthetic 5w30 in my civic. Car drives better now, it's smooth and is more fuel efficient.

I doubt it will come to Pakistan keeping in mind the 8th gen facelift never came. Also its been about an year the MMC (major model change) of City has not yet been introduced here and seems dull to take place even this year. Rest lets see what Atlas does.

I am asking because earlier rumors were floating that Civic facelift and City model change were expected in 2015 in listed order of priority.

Even if by chance they plan to bring the Civic facelift, it won't happen before model change of City. Thats what their usual pattern is in the past. Alternatively introducing models or changes of City and Civic with good time Gaps.
On a personal note the facelift Civic is much much better, i like it from the back, the front is just OK. Current front feels better (in my opinion). Name: ImageUploadedByPW Forums1425571570.474962.jpg

Default Honda Civic 9th Gen Fan Club (2013)

My manual civic did 350kms locally in 27litres of petrol. With normal + hard foot with AC used for fog/mist and a trip to Margalla hills where first and second gear was used thoroughly.
Turns out be approximately 13km/l. Who says civic is fuel guzzler? 😄

^Auto fill was stopped at exact 27.1L. The filler started overfilling it and I stopped him immediately.
And I've noticed average fuel consumption which Imid is showing is 11.9 and actual mileage is approximately 13km/l.
Has anyone else observed this variation?

As the iMid average display has already been debated in this thread earlier. My experience every single time that i tried to compare it with manual calculation has turned out to be accurate in last 2 years. With only a variation of max 0.2-kmpl. For e.g once the iMid was showing 12.1 and manual calculation was 12.3
Usually the variation is 0.1 lower or higher and a few times even exact to the point as well

Indeed and people say civic is a fuel guzzler car. Lol.
I believe it can do 13.5 km/l easily with normal + light foot.

9th Gen has much better fuel consumption than the legendary 8th
Be polite on the road. Always give way to others, particularly ambulances and pedestrians.

Yes the 9th gen has a better fuel consumption, but the thing is "there is something about 8th gen" and in my case i suppose its love which doesn't get affected by fuel consumption

Yes 9th gen civic's fuel consumption is really good. Today I got it filled again and it returned 12.05km/l with normal + hard foot with AC in daytime. Pretty good for 1.8L engine.
However 8th gen wasn't that much fuel guzzler. My 8th gen used to do 11km/l in city with AC however it used to drop down to 9-10 with hard foot.
