    Salam,

As we just recently bought a Civic 9th Gen (2013) shape and could not find its fan Club on Pakwheels.

So making one, all who own this car or want to own one are allowed to share their views, problems, pics etc of their car.

All the owners of this Latest model should share pics of their car and their views.

I feel them to be a bit soft, should've been a little more tough to the feel.

The brakes feel fine to me in terms of braking force but the grip of car itself is not so good compared to previous gen (reborn). At times it feels it will spin or lose grip of the road. The braking force itself is fine but the grip does not cope up well with that force.
Braking a Civic Reborn makes you feel much more confident.

brakes are good but not as good as if i compare it with my vitz even i have changed its tyre with profile 205/65/R15 but i am not satisfied with its roughness and meter is showing average of 9.1-9.5 and when i drive slowly with eco on then i do feel alot of difference in the performance specially in 1 gear pick up

9.1 is a very good average for an initial run. I never crossed 8.5 till first few thousand and then it never came down from 10 in local. I usually get 11 in summers with A/C.
And as far as brakes being worse than Vitz, sorry bro but that's some over exaggerated non realistic figure of speech. And if what you're saying is true. Then you sure have been given a bad piece by Honda. Even the pick on ECO mode does not have such a prominent difference

Get it checked then, looks like serious problem. Never heard what you said bro. Take it to Honda this isn't possible.

Default Honda Civic 9th Gen Fan Club (2013)

It is normal, the car is sluggish till i'd say not a few hundred but few thousand kilometers. Try any friend's older Civic that has done some good kilometers and properly maintained. The Engine sound is actually smoother and less than 8th Gen Civic.
And as you said brakes being not good, even if ure accepting it they shouldn't be so bad. The brakes are pretty okay/acceptable if not awesome but not as bad as you say you feel. Compare the car with another. To be honest I didn't use ECO during first 1000 and nor did I give it sudden accelerations or use the A/C in beginning. Maybe because i got my car in November and wasn't required.

this is so true and after driving this 9th gen for couple of thousand kilometres (7000 km and more in just 3 months to be precise) been travelled to so many places on it just to get that civic premium car drive feel but i have never felt any confidence in its road grip .. maybe its only me but i have liana also and its drive is better (grip wise) as compared to this .. I've jumped from liana to corolla 2.od saloon then purchase this civic 9th gen but its drive is not up to the mark i never felt confident while driving this car .. as i didn't have any civic in past so now thinking to downgrade to civic 8th gen or honda city 2001 or 2002 exis manual! as I've heard from so many of you that 8th gen (reborn) is better car road grip and break wise instead of this ?

EDIT: no doubt fuel consumption in this car is greatly improved and it has kinda softer suspension on potholes and bad uneven roads but thats about it

The previous gen Civic has a relatively hard suspension than new one, 8th gen is slightly lower in terms of ground clearance and also overall body height. And these are the main reasons previous one has a better grip. All these factors add up for the difference of road grip between 8th.gen & 9th.gen
But in terms of ride comfort the 9th is better. I wish there was a blend of both. Unfortunately you can't get everything in a budget family saloon. Something has to be compromised for the other one

It varies car to car, mostly it's a bit low than 10. I never got above 10 during initial 1000
