Sometimes, leaves and other debris from trees can end up in the blower, which could be the source of the sound. The solution is to remove the blower motor and clean the blower housing. You can do it yourself. The blower motor is under the glove box. Remove three screws and disconnect the power cable and it should come off. Clean the housing and the motor fan and reinstall.

As for the heater, check if the thermostat valve has been removed or not. If it has been removed then the coolant will take a longer time to heat up, so the heater takes time to blow hot air. Also check if the radiator fan is direct or on auto. It should be on auto

The needle in the temp gauge should be at the centre position for the heater to function properly. If it is below centre it means the coolant temperature is low and it will affect the performance of the heater.

thank you so much for the very valuable suggestions brother .. I got the ac checked ysterday and the mechanic said that the noise is due to the motor Jam (after checking it) he said it need to be taken out, and evaluated if can be corrected or if needed, it would be changed. so far he has set the ac vent to the front one only ... which is atleast not bothering me with that annoying sound . .

most AC technicians remove the heater intake air pipe for "optimum cooling"... just check behind your intake manifold if a hose pipe (about an inch in diameter) is unplugged...
