Default Honda Civic 2005 manual -- throttle problem

    Dear All,

I need your help. My Car (Honda Civic 2005 Manual) is giving me a throttle problem on petrol. While driving over 40 km/h, I feel that the car is giving me bumps. RPM is stable on both petrol and CNG. The car also works perfect on CNG. Only the problem is on petrol.

My mechanic says that the fuel injectors are ok and he has advised me to put liqui molli fuel injector cleaner. The car has done 120k kms.

    Any good suggestions?

need more information. What happens when you drive above sixty km/h. Did you check the fuel filter and fuel delivery pressure? This missing seems to be from a problem in the fuel system. Best of luck

Just a Throttle body problem, wash it with Carb Cleaner and reinstall, problem will be resolved InshAllah.

    things to do,

    service the throtle body
    clean the injectors
change fuel filter, put new filter only. as far as your car is concerned, it might be in the tank, so when you get it opened, get it sealed properly, specially if you are a smoker...
    check fuel pump pressure.

also check spark wires just in case...

I face similar issue in civic, throttle service, new plugs, filter, do not help. My driver tells ths issue is with clutch plate, but the pick is fine on CNG.
