    There is a quick question do 1999-Honda civic VTI has cat convertor....?
    It takes 8,460 bolts to assemble an automobile, and one nut to scatter it all over the road.

    Yes it do have, it is a part of the emission control system.

    i was using headers in my 98 vti
    has no cat converter
    not even a O2 sensor
    i had to block the hole of the O2 sensor in the headers while installing it
    Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

    It does not have O2 sensor but i think it has cat convertor can any one confirm that...

    yes they have, some of models of UK and canada have those in headers, and o2 located on the top of them, other oem performance catbacks also have the converter.
