problem could be in the rims . many people have had 17" and above over the yrs . looks and road grip are the only points . you're compromising on ride comfort and fuel economy. many have come to the conclusion that for most of us in Pakistan 15" or maximum 16s should be put on your ride. yes they look crappy and unclish but we'll havr to bear em out till our rds get better. if these are not the original branded alloy wheels then the Cheap Chinese crap flooded in the market are most probably to be blamed here!

if changing tires or balancing aint fixing it.. could be crappy rims too..

here in US, factory 16" rims come with 205/55/16
and 17" come with 215/45/17 for the civic..

Tyres may be out of shape and 17" is not for Pakistani roads still.16" is better option and sorry to say the guy u bought tyre isn't that much reputed and GT isn't that much good brand either.

By the installation of over sized rims Not suited for Pakistan roads, now beside vibration you may also have to bear annoying stiff suspension response. Just like City or even worse

whats the manufacturing date on the tyres ? and 215/45 is the ideal and the top limit for 9th gen for 17" wheels
the 9th gen is already inches higher than the 8th gen and too big wheel wont increase the grip instead it would look like a butt high ROLLA
It doesn't matter , this is the way u learn (its a lesson for future , we've all been through this stage)
Next time if u purchase rims , go for atleast LENSO's and the tyres should be soft accordingly and should be fresh - hard tyres are likely to deform under extensive use and create wobbling at high speeds
Local taiwan and china made rims are heavy and are more likely to be damaged if pot holes are not avoided, due to the poor build quality and design

Trade these rims and tires in for some GOOD QUALITY 16" Alloys and Michelin tires. Actually, get any good ORIGINAL tires. Our market is flooded with Chinese cr@p. Be careful while buying tires. Make sure you get original tires, not cheap copies. If possible, get your original Factory rims back along with some good quality tires (205/60/R15). (Oriel ones)
