Default rpm @ 100 of civic pros?

well i dont really go till that speed in city, but while coming down from fly over, i used to notice that at 100-110, rpm is at around 2.2 or 2.4k i think
but now while i was on expressway, i noticed that at 100, rpm was at around 2.6 or 2.8k, is it the normal rpm at this speed or is my gear not shifting to 4th gear?
since i was accelerting very slowly so i didnt had much time to look at cluster n had to see on road as well, but i tried many times to reach 100 to notice again but due to slow acceleration i couldnt notice it exactly

    ac was off

    car is civic 05 auto
