Default Wheel/tyre suggestions for civic 9th gen

Need advice on after market wheel/tyre combination for civic 9th gen
    - civic models in US give the option of 205/55 tyres with 16 inch rims. Can the local model be upgraded to this combination? Atlas Honda people don't recommend upgrade, reason- tyre size is integrated at the production level, hence not advisable to alter the combination
    - tyre suggestion Yokohama Advan DB 551 or Michelin XM2 energy
    - Alloy rim sellers in Lahore
    Thanks

Brother 16' will keep hitting the body of the car or car will hit ground.

    Stick to 195/65 R15

    best size for local roads.

I disagree with first point, however, Can't agree more at second point (words coming from a 205/55R16 user but in 8th generation)

OP stick to OEM size for a pleasure ride.
