Default Engine flushing with Liqui Moly engine flush additive.

I own a used Honda civic exi 2006 car. I want to do its engine flushing with a Liqui Moly flushing chemical available with a metal container 300 ml costing me Rs 600. Do you think this product will be beneficial or useful to clean my internal engine parts effectively or it is just a waste of money. Many people say to use small quantity of kerosene oil about 200 ml mixed with old oil and run the car at idle for about 5 to 10 minutes will remove almost all kind of contaminants from the engine. Please advice me which method is the best. Thanks. Khawaja Jodat. Chemical Engr. Wapda town, Lahore.

Just bought 2009 oriel Prosmetic 2 months back, went to Honda Fort Lahore for Tunning, plenty of sludge inside, mechanic removed a lot and asked me to go for engine flush. Cut in short I used LiquiMoly engine flush, Ceratec and engine oil 10W40 with Mos2. After treatment no oil leakage, and engine sounds good.
