Default Slightly tight steering wheel of Honda civic exi prosmatec 2006.

I have recently purchased a used Honda civic exi prosmatec 2006. I have noticed that its steering wheel feels slightly tight. I keep my tire pressure up to 32 psi in all tires. Tires size is 195/65/15. Power steering oil changed with new one but no improvement. Then checked and tightened the belt of power steering pump but no improvement. Then checked the inner and outer ends of rack and pinion but found no play i.e, okay. Changed front shock absorbers with refurbished ones as old ones were found weak and all the front suspension bushes, ball joints and shock mountings got replaced with original ones but again steering wheel slightly tight. Can anyone pin point me that what is the real root cause of this problem. Khawaja Jodat Chemical Engr. wapda town, lhr. 03458437344

Salam bro i have used mostly 205/70/r15 with aftermarket rims, only feel that sort of problem once, just drained all the steering fluid and after that refill with the new one honda original steering pump fluid, and after that everything normal never felt any issue again.
only once i have changed complete suspension including bushed, ends, ball joints and shocks as well in 10 years and 280k kms.
