Default starnge noise in honda civic 2000 exi M/T

    salam to all pw's
well the problem started recently that my car is giving a strange rattle type noise on idle which is less pronounced on petrol and more pronounced on CNG. moreover, if ac is switched on on petrol then the noise remains same as before but if turned on on CNG the noise goes way much higher. opened the hood to check the source and i can clearly make out that it is coming from the portion under engine at a place parallel to ac compressor near the place where 4 dirty looking pipes are going towards exhaust and having a cover on top of them. car is 81k driven original mileage. moreover, if clutch pedal is pressed the noise gets a bit week but dont vanish completely. also , AC clutch rapidly disengage/ engage once on cng though ac is chilling. recent work done on car were:

    1. AC service with evap clean and gas refill
    2. planning to check transmission oil in coming week coz i never changed it

experts plz advice what type of repair should i be going for @Xulfiqar
thnx and looking forward for a good advice

Sorry for delayed reply. I was hospitalised for 4 days. Regarding the need to replace the pump, I agree with @argtr65 it is not mandatory. Depends on condition. However for peace of mind if you want to replace it, that is fine. Just use OEM parts. None of this Chinese replacement stuff please.
