Default Vibration/Bubbling in front tyres feeling in steering wheel honda civic 2012

My car Honda civic 2012 has bubbling/vibration that i feel in the steering wheel.
    Using 16" rims (Mark-X) 205/55R16 Michelin Energy XM2 manufactured (30th week 2013)
the vibration starts after 130 Km/Hr. Its like unbalanced wheel

I have changed tyres several times and now new tyres, so tyres are not the reason
I have done wheel balancing several times, so that's not an issue
Some one told me to check axle and I did that by kharadia, he said, they are perfect
The hubs are fine (no sound, no play)
    The shocks are fine
    The suspension/steering box is fine

can there be a way because of the changed rims ?
the fitting of MARK-X rims is different from the Stock CiviC rims

Please suggest and share your experiences.
    Thanks

Eliminating all the possibilities of axle, suspension etc, more than 90 percent there are chances that its happening due to the different wheels and tyres you have installed. If you can arrange stock tyres and rims (or the same size as suggested by manufacturer) just for checking purpose then do that; change them with stock ones have a run with the same speed you have mentioned then see I am sure there won't be vibration any more.

Right... Before doing anything else to investigate the issue, first try this.

Try to balance all the four wheels. Also check the run-out of each rim from a wheel balancing person. Sometime the rims also get misaligned due to pit hole impact during high speed. If this is so then change the defective/faulty rim with new one.

    The problem was poir balancing.
I got it balanced from different places and finally came to the conclusion that their machines are not calibrated.

Yes. Actually. What I did that after recent tyre change I thought of not balancing my tyres for 1000km.
And I found that unbalance wheels were actually balanced
But when they balance it, they actually unbalance the wheels

I have almost the same problem in my civic as well. I am going to change the tyres in a few days. Any specific balancing place you think better than others ? Calibration of the machines or lack thereof can be a huge problem for us users.

Sorry, I missed that. It's Islamabad.

I am planning to get new tyres for my Civic in a couple of days. Called Khan Tyres and United Tyres today, both have only 2014 stock which I wonder would be ok to go ahead with or not ? Also, there's this matter of smuggled and properly imported tyres that has me worried. And then this faulty uncalibrated balancing

Is there a quick way to check if the tyre balancing machine is calibrated?
