The suspension will wear out far too early given the terrible road conditions in Pakistan. You'll need a good suspension, probably something like Koni or Tanabe.

Big rims are suited only for big cars or SUVs not civics, dont go above 15" rims

I know people who use 18s on Civic and their suspensions are fine. It's just a matter of how you drive the car.

for sure you can rock 18" wheels on your civic...ive seen some members here locally who have done it but you might have rubbing issues due to excessive width of the tire and with that low a profile on ur tires....ur ride will suck since you will be driving on local roads in pakistan.

ur gas mileage will be up for sure due to the excessive weight of the rims also.

Are there cars that can handle 20'' rims?
What would be the price for those wheels, in USA, Pak or anywhere else?

The size you recommended would also not add any comfort in drive ...

if you fit 18's on your car your speedo will be inacurate since you cannopt find a tyre with a low enough profile to keep your rolling diameter correct to factory specs.

18's are unrealistic for this country unless you pan on cruising at 20km/h and don't intend on turning at any point (rubbing issues). If you want style and comfort go for 16's (205/45R16) and you'll have a sporty feel without losing alot of comfort (while maintaing a correct rolling diameter)
