Default 8th Gen Honda Civic: Hydraulic Mount Failure

The hydraulic mount on my 8th gen Honda Civic has started making a lot of noises. I went to Honda Classic Islamabad for a free replacement, but they said my car is not eligibile since they list they have does not contain the chassis number of my car. Later, after a lot of arguments, they said they would send vehicle to Honda Atlas for replacement part. However, the part is yet to arrive even though it has been 4 days. Now when i called them, they said it would take 4 more days.

Any advice on how to get my issue resolved quickly? I emailed my complaint to Honda Atlas.

Go and talk to the manager of the 3s dealership or take numbers of honda GM in honda factory that will solve ur issue most 3s dealerships are reluctant to replace the mount for God knows what reason!

Complained to Honda Pakistan through e-mail and called them up. After an hour, got a call from Honda Classic that the part has 'magically' arrived and I can have it replaced anytime. They could have been helpful without me having to lodge a complaint but no...

The only way to deal with these jokers is to lodge a complaint with the parent company...
