    Default Driving Civic Prosmatec

    Dear friends,

I recently got delivery of my new Civic Prosmatec. I have never driven an auto transmission before. Though I have learnt the basics now, but still have a couple of questions:

    1) Do I always need to press the button on the shift lever when shifting?

    2) When stopping for a minute or two at a traffic signal, should I keep it in D mode or change to N?

    3) Which position should I select when going uphill or downhill?

    Thanks in advance.

So the lever is not to be pressed if one wants to shift b/w D, D3, D2 ??? It should only be pressed if one wants to shift from P to R or N, right ???
