      Please correct me if I am wrong: i thought America had a 2.0 & 1.5T, they don't have a 1.8 in 10th Civic. Whereas Thailand has a 1.8

USDM don't have 1.8. Its completely discontinued by Honda and not available in any USDM honda products.

USDM Civic is 1.5T or 2.0L NA

Well, I mean to say CIVIC 2014 IN US had this 1.8 with 143HP. When they facelifted 9th Gen Civic, they also modified its R18 engine to generate 3 more horses as follows:-: -
A freer-flowing exhaust squeezes 3 more horsepower and one additional lb-ft from the 1.8-liter i-VTEC four-cylinder (now with 143 horses and 129 lb-ft); a CVT replaces the aged five-speed automatic to eke out a little much more gas effectiveness; and a new, more qualified seven-inch touch-screen audio and navigating device takes facility stage on the dash. 2014 Honda Civic 1.8L CVT Sedan

So that engine will come here.....

This is from official Honda Thailand.
So this means we are getting 141 horses in 1.8, it's the same one as 9th Gen. Which I still don't mind, just because it has a tag of "same old engine" doesn't mean it's not a good one, being an older engine doesn't matter. I still like the R18 and with better body stance, aerodynamics, newer chassis and improved suspension in 10th Gen i bet it will drive much much better even with the same old engine.

I don't know if the prices from Thailand have been pasted earlier, but they look as follows (have inserted PKR prices for comparison):
      Turbo being the 1.5T variant

I am happy to get the same R18 engine. The car all together will be a different experience due to newer suspension, chassis and transmission. R18 still has ample power and now due to cvt it will be much responsive and efficient.
Turbo just doesn't fit our market now. If it comes to Pak it will cost 3.5 million approx and this price range just doesn't suit civic.

you are right. but the question is that they may not offer sunroof with 1.8 model
and keep sunroof exclusively for the turbo model

like on corolla they give sunroof with only one variant that is Grande

I doubt that, if at all Atlas brings the option of a Turbo, it will be an extra 5th Trim with Sunroof as a standard feature on this 5th higher turbo trim.
Existing 4 trims will remain as they are.

like on corolla they give sunroof with only one variant that is Grande
most definitely they will give sunroof even with 1.8L to keep the civic customers interested!
but absence of turbo version has already frustrated many faces! which is not good for the market,
since hype of this civic rests on the turbo variant.
