No those have to be upfront alongwith your down payment. The solution is: you mentally deduct that from the amount you wanted to pay as cash down payment.

Rates are of two kind. "Fixed" and "Variable". Variable is like a gamble but looking at past history "variable" is at advantage.
Here check the latest KIBOR RATE: now add 3.5% as given in the link and that's your total interest rate for "variable" as of now

In case of car financing, the bank gives you a loan against keeping only the original file as a security against the car being treated as an asset. It's like mortgage on the car. The car is legally in your name as first owner on the book and in record, with original file and one key in the banks possession as per agreement till the amount is paid off. Upon completion of finance tenure the bank returns you the file with an NOC that the borrowed amount has been cleared.
If I am not wrong leasing has a fixed rate while financing has an option of variable rate of interest.
I bought my last car through finance when rate was 13% and when the tenure ended rate had dropped down to 11% so they refunded me the amount of dropped interest rate at the end. Variable rate is basically KIBOR (set by state bank) added by bank percentage. And over the past 4 years Kibor has only decreased/lowered not increased

So I had modarba from UBL in 2004 which is similar to the financing described by you. At that time rate was 7 percent but in one year it shot up to 11. I protested because I had got it on fixed rate. Bank said they could change from fix to floating without notice and I had signed the agreement in which there was one clause: The bank can change any clause without notice (what a blackmailing blanket clause), but then they did not raise further from 11 percent for rest of five years.

I will make 2 million rs downpayment and finance for two-three years.

3.5% is for upto two year. For year, the rate is 4.00% and according to this table if we go for three year tenure. The rate would be 10.59%?

The maximum amount you can give as down payment is not more than 75% of vehicle invoice value.

Registration Authority does not transfer vehicle without NOC to confirm the borrowed amount has been settled and stamps can be treated as cancelled due to issued NOC.

Often owners misplace the NOC thinking it's not required anymore and face trouble when car is sold. New owner is asked to bring NOC along for transfer as a part of the original file.

Telling this only so you may have this in the back of your mind after many years when you sell your car. I recently bought a used finance cleared car and the owner had complete file while he misplaced NOC which again had to be issued by the bank after filing an application by him which took some time to get re-issued.

We don't have return file system in Islamabad. Bank gave me NOC after installments ended and I submitted those with my registration at ETO office and they deleted HPA UBL and Non-Transferable citations/stamps on the reg book and I sold it and transferred it to new buyer later like that.

No for that again refer to the link you posted. This one is stating the rate of 3 years as of the 30th June KIBOR rate. Here the bank has given you KIBOR of the day + 3.5% meaning 6.2+3.5 = 9.7 and the bank treats and updates as per daily rate basis. The difference favoring you or the bank will not change instalment but to be paid to either party at the end of tenure when clearing account for release of file and NOC

Almost the same thing. Stamps wont be cancelled from the book or file without NOC.

That's bad. I wanted to pay max to keep installments low. Now I may postpone the booking and book in January after getting an interest free loan of one year from my office against my salary. So I will save on interest and could sell car anytime because it will be in my name and it will be 2017 model and by then there will be a lot of clarity about different variants.

Not that you asked me this but still,
Price is not everything. Those who want a Civic will prefer to sacrifice the sunroof but still get a Civic.
Vice Versa: If Corolla was higher in price, those who want a Corolla will prefer to sacrifice a sunroof but still get a Corolla.
OR you already have a Corolla and also want a Civic so now have to get Civic.

True. Civic X would be something different. But I don't like the way my current 9th gen civic feels on bumpy roads, although its better looking than 10th gen Altis.

I noticed a Civic X US picture and was kind of surprised to see that there is no front windscreen dark tinting at the top. Then I found a sign of relief when I saw that both Thai and Pkdm Civic have the tinted screen. @fazalwahab11375 don't US cars have this trend?

@arkhitekt it's not matter of trend. It's a matter of laws..Well.. in US there are some federal laws and then some State laws. Every state has different laws when it comes to tints.. as far as front windshield, you can't have a tint below AS 1 line as marked on screen. The distance of AS line is diffrent for diffrent vehicles from the joint between roof line and glass. On cars it's mostly 6". Problem is in some states the front tint is not allowed at all even in top 6" or whatever. Like in NYC 6" on top is allowed but then there are some states where it's 5".. So mostly manufacturer keep it plain so that owner apply a tint if they want as per their state law. Manufacturer need to comply to Federal and state laws.. That's why for example when it comes to lighting and car bumper laws.. federal laws are followed.. when it's emissions, manufacturer need to follow 50 state emission standards which is diffrent.. that's why car sale sticker specifically mentions compliance to 50 state emissions standard..

Remote engine start feature explained below, I shared a YouTube link as well earlier on this:
I wonder if we would get the climate control option to set the temperature to 22 degrees, would be a blessing in summers prior to entering the vehicle.
