Also guyz i thnk Atlas hav a fair idea now that Hardtop will be in hot demand this time around thats why they had so many of them in first batch at factory...
It seems that Hardtop would be the only one thats gonna compete with Grande... 😎

In one case, you will pay fix amount every month plus insurance which will be decided at lease start.

In other case, your monthly instalment would be calculated at the start of each year of lease. In simple terms, if interest rates go down, you would benefit. If they go up, you will pay additional.

I suggest that you go for fixed rate. interest rates in Pakistan are already at the record lowest and there is less chance of them going down any further so there is no visible benefit in sight. I guess if the hard top doesnt have push start we can put it our selves. Cause i saw some dude put push start in his grande in these forums.
plus we can use the smart car app ,by blue brains, substituting remote engine start. So hardtop it is.

They are only start dispatching cars for display. No customer delivery. They deliver some odd colors also to dealers for display. Each dealer will get a odd and 2 running colors.

Blue brain Push start smart with smart app is not supporting immobilized keys.
The Grande push start OBD unit is my discovery. Around 100 units are sold to Palwheels members. It support Immoblized key but doesn't had any app.

In case of car financing, the bank gives you a loan against keeping only the original file as a security against the car being treated as an asset. It's like mortgage on the car. The car is legally in your name as first owner on the book and in record, with original file and one key in the banks possession as per agreement till the amount is paid off. Upon completion of finance tenure the bank returns you the file with an NOC that the borrowed amount has been cleared.
If I am not wrong leasing has a fixed rate while financing has an option of variable rate of interest.
I bought my last car through finance when rate was 13% and when the tenure ended rate had dropped down to 11% so they refunded me the amount of dropped interest rate at the end. Variable rate is basically KIBOR (set by state bank) added by bank percentage. And over the past 4 years Kibor has only decreased/lowered not increased

Guys I elaborated both few days earlier as well. Please read again carefully.
Leasing and financing are different. And even in case of financing you can select either variable or fixed rate. It is not necessarily variable

Bhai 19/20 ka nahi as per current rate of today 10/16 ka farak hai 10 being today's lowest variable and 16 being today's fixed and 6% is a very very huge difference.

With variable rates being so low fixed is a highly negative deal full of loss

As shared earlier by @zuhaibafzal please note that fixed is 16% and variable is 9.7% for 3 years as rates of Kibor are currently 6.2% (add 3.5%)

So there is a massive difference of 6% between both

You are getting a high fixed then. It should be no more than 11 or 12 without insurance and tracker. Try for quotations from faysal bank whixh is cheaper than all and my source of info.

And I have finalised the Alloys,
Offset: 35mm (-10 from oem which i want as oem are too much inside and i like them slightly inside the body, not protruding outside the body but just a bit inside and for that 35 is perfect opposed to 45 for original)
