Unfortunately the dealership people were too paranoid and didn't let us take our cell phones. And we can't say which dealership either.

First of all: OH MY OH MY... It's a far loud cry from anything in this category I have ever seen. It's too loud.

We checked both interior and exterior, road clearance and more stuff which is not yet sure.

Exterior: No transmission badge, the badge area of boot is plastic, DRL on both 1.8 and 1.5, side mirror indicators are a YES

Interior: Damn, pictures don't do justice and are a humiliation to it. The driving seat height, driving position is too amazing, the soft feel dashboard. The rear seats are seriously good and amazing place to be in. With my 5'-11" height and seat full back it was still ample enough for an adult to sit in the back. No split rear folding seats.

Ground clearance is pretty good, more than 8th and less than 9th slightly. Seemed okay considering my 8th usage also didn't allow it to scrape bottom. And the stance is good. Doesn't seem like a raised car. Though it was dark still looked at the suspension and it's much more techy and complicated than 9th Gen. Multiple arms at the rear and quite bulky. Don't know what to call it.

Honda walayo tussi chaa gaye ho.

Maza aa gaya aaj. All my doubts are cleared.
First I was amazed at the build quality of the car... The materials are vastly improved from 9th gen civic. Soft touch materials are here and there and not to ignite corolla and civic war but seriously corolla ka interior ub bohat outdated hoo gaya hai. The best thing was the leather interior... The leather on shift knob, seats and doors was exquisite. And the seating position was phenomenal not like one is sitting on a phatta. It's down low and still the car had amazing visibility.

Second is the exterior, the car looks quite huge, the bonnet was enormous and I loved the roof line from the back... It gave an amazing stance to the overall vehicle.

All in all this car will be a hit.

I'm not a horsepower fan but if there are any added features in Turbo i wont mind spending extra. Did the same for Grande when i selected Altis 1.6.

I'm not sure, but I think Indonesia is getting a manual in their base model.

What about the center console, did you notice the difference in the 2 variants (because of presence of rear entertainment screen in turbo). We had concerns regarding the cutting of the arm rest to fit in the foldable screen?

Both have smart entry and push start, both CVT, both have DRL, both have side indicated mirrors, both have rear AC vents, same rims and tyres. The added features in Turbo are remote button starter and paddle shifters ONLY apart from engine, black grill and chrome handles. Exterior of 1.8 Oriel has an equal presence.

expect hardtop after eid because most people prefer to buy before and eid and like toyota they'll try to sell expensive variants before eid.

Tyres are going out the day i get delivery. I didnt use the paddle shifters on the Grande wont mind having them in Turbo as well. How is the driving seat? is it powered? Is it bigger then the one in Grande?

How much ON will the dealers start charging? They are ready to make a fortune in the next couple of months.

Does the smart entry works with the trunk? For remote button start, will this be available as an after sales or third party on 1.8?

Yes oriel is a complete car. It has equal presence as turbo. It was also screaming top of the line.

      No need to get turbo.

Atlas has not compromise on oriel one bit.

      Getting excited for tomorrow!

I am in complete misery, seriously don't know which variant to choose
Unofficial final prices, 2499 Oriel (base price) ex factory, 2999 Turbo Ex factory. I haven't seen the official letter but that's what I am told
