Again not a biggy and these minor things will be fixed hopefully. Just pointing out spacing between trunk lid. Many people pointed out. I saw like dozen cars here and everyone were almost same and aligned. Buyers should keep these things in mind at pickup.

On side note USDM has hidden exhaust tips. Atlas put some cheap tips to tell yes I have two exhausts.

that why you need to do a proper prep. Glass coating dont hide imperfections. In fact it bring them out if its not fixed. A perfect glass coating is not only for protection but also for looks. a slight orange peel will show up much more after coating as coating works like a magnifying glass. Coating is always done after a proper removal of imperfections including orange peel and orange peel also comes on all German cars.

Thats why we mentioned above that the way Atlas showcased cars is simply pathetic.

It depends. Most of times cars remain in open sun for many weeks before shipped. During transportation it can get a lot of impurities. CARS in Pakistsn don't come with full covered or protection on hood and trunk like here in US. A simple test can tell if it needs clay bar. most of the time good detailers slightly clay it because new paints still have swirls during handling.

New paint may not have " contaminants" as you mention.......BUT......it has "buff"....plenty of it.....!

A claybar will take care of it.

Btw.....if you've any doubts....let me tell you a simple way to check the "buff" and "unevenness" with fresh painted vehicles directly from IMC/Atlas:

      1. Buy a pack of cigarettes....if you don't smoke ( No....I'm not gonna tell you to roll a joint! Lol!)

      2. Pull off the packing "plastic" from the box of the cigarette pack ( Qali uttar do)

      3. Stick two fingers into the foil.

      4. Rub it gently over the new paint......you'll instantly feel the "bumps" on the surfaces. That's the "buff".

      5. Clay your car.....wax it.....try again with the foil.....and Voila!

      Regards.

I am not the author. But this article is not up to mark and not as per my choice. It could have been more detailed.

Definitely the leatherite stitched seats. In exact replica format of original. About the tyres, well they will be okay for an year atleast.

Just as I anticipated and shared my concern earlier on this thread as well, Problem is: i checked a few tyre shops and they were not so keen on adjusting. One said "sir jee euro har koi daal leta tha, har corolla aur civic ko lagta hai showroom k dealer prius ko bhi charha letay hain lekin yeh size anokha hai iss ki maang 2 saal baad ho gee woh bhi kum jab log apnay honday chala kar yeh dobara dalwanay ain ge, aap jaison ne to dobara bhi yeh nahi dalwana. Abhi is ka rate bhi nahi hai yeh nayi item hai, aur 16 rim size mercedes mai ata hai aap jaise nahi rakhain ge to woh kaise dalwa saktay hain"

And after looking at this scenario I am thinking why to bless them for a lower rate. Will try them out. I did check the tyres with sinking my nails in the tread and groves. Felt having better softness and quality than Euros.

Also I might go for 17s later so no point wasting bucks over repeated swaps. If I spend on tyres now I wont be able to change them in next 3 years atleast because on average my car drives 10k per year.

Sir if you plan to keep it for next more than 2 years and prefer to keep it stock, sure its worth it. I did buy for my 9th Gen and it paid off in 3rd year when my ac blower started making noises. If possible I recommend at least 3rd year, but then again 4th is only 5k more for 1.8

I might add warranty is only valid if you are maintaining everything from 3S

well and I have cleared it.. whats wrong is wrong. what is right should not be mixed with wrong. I messaged CEO of PW for this. This is best I can do. Now you should all agree that I am not here just to bash the Civic X.
