Yes drop is must. But still this bbs style really suits 10th gen. Gives more of muscular look.

      Update on 1.8 Experience,

Despite the fact Atlas has raised it compared to international models. Still even after the raise it grips, handles and corners better than 8th Gen. Its much more stable without a shadow of doubt. Sorry 8th Gen your time is over.

The wiper thing I discussed a long time ago. https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/civ...13#post5144955 PKDM has realigned it. Blessing in disguise. You know how these wipers are handled on the road and intersections.

      Project Reborn 8th Gen Civic 2007 - 272964
But 8th gen steering feedback still no match. That's the thing I loved most about 8th gen
And yes it is 2 generations new, it has to better. If it wasnt better then it was failure at Honda's part.

I agree the steering feedback is not at par with 8th Gen, but it's much improved than 9th Gen. Its safe to say if 9th Gen feedback was 50% of 8th, 10th has 75%

For the first time saw the interior without the leather honda give, I must say it was crap. Seats and the door panel part felt really cheap.

@arkhitekt, thanks for sharing what you did with your interior. My uncle talked to shehzad and will get it done from him.

Took some pics of areas of discussion and concern, will share on the other thread.
The fabric is pathetic. Wait till the door panel fabric is taken apart and I promise you would want to use foul language. The leatherite felt as texture from heaven when feeling them both without installation.

The fabric felt like temporary junk packing material.

Paint job of USDM is outstanding and no loose gaps between bumper & fender.

Where is a front camera btw?

no front camera on USDM and I don't know what use it has.. anyway.. Honda sensing package [ active safety package] is standard on top of the line Touring. while you can add it to any trim for $1000.

It's actually quite helpful when parking. Specially if there is a curb or footpath ahead.

It's quite useful feature. It really helps in parking the car head on against a wall etc.

I would have rather had a auto dimming rear view mirror.. which you need everyday after sun set.. as you mentioned youself how people drive with full high beams and it's more annoying if that driver is following you.

Anyways Atlas thought the camera is better utility.. Again personal preference.. I just made an opinion .

And how better it would have been if the camera was standard on oriel.. backing up is more dangerous than parking facing front.

There aren't any parallel parking spaces here in Pakistan. It's all perpendicular parking with curbs, high planters and footpaths ahead which end up scratching bumpers of cars by many owners as it's impossible to see the edge of those things from driving seat and you possibly can't guess what's ahead.

And how better it would have been if the camera was standard on oriel.. backing up is more dangerous than parking facing front.

I agree. Auto dimming rear/side view mirrors are very useful in Pakistan, where most people drive on full beams.

      https://blog.sony.com/press/sony-in-car-audio-takes-the-drivers-seat-with-smartphone-connectivity/

Sony has announced its first smart car audio system, the XAV-AX100. The system is compatible with both, Apple CarPlay as well as Android Auto, so regardless of which smartphone you have you are covered.

The double DIN system has a large capacitive touchscreen display up front with physical buttons to change the track and also a rotating volume dial so you can control basic system functions without taking your eyes away from the road. It also includes a 4x 55W amp with Sony's Extra Bass feature, and a 10-band equalizer. You also get 3 pre-out connectivity ports for connecting additional amplifiers and other accessories. The Dynamic Stage Organizer feature also compensates for the downward firing door speakers and improves clarity.

The XAV-AX100 is priced at $499.99 and will be available in North America by late November.

a better and far cheaper option for Pakistani cars (where they are expensive) - is to install tinted side view mirrors and a flip style rear view mirror as standard equipment, for your issue.

the auto tinting looks very nice until it leaks out then you are stuck with a really ugly glass whether in or out the car, And with the side view mirror thefts going on - its almost useless as they will be stolen the first time the car is parked outside the showroom.
