that's because it's suitable in Japan, in our climate 0-20 would not be feasible, we need higher temperature range so in my opinion 0-40 would be more suitable

Most if the people have bought white black and silver. I am still waiting for the pictures of titanium and modern steel. If someone have them, kindly post them.

Would love too but I would like to see it from the side as well so one can clearly see the gap between the fender and the tire, wanna to check if tire looks fat or suits the cars dynamics.
      Thx

Default 10th Generation Civic Exclusive Pakistan Launch

Today i was discussing with a friend about civic x. He told me not to buy the turbo civic coz it has knocking issues on regular petrol and also its catching dust in its throttle body so it needs to be cleaned up after every 10 days.
He even offered me a august reg turbo civic in blue colour on company list price coz the owner is facing problems with the car.
I was about to book a turbo civic tomorow but now i am really cought in a dilemma whether to book oriel or turbo. Also my father and brother are forcing to book oriel as why take a risk on spending 3 million.
So i would request turbo civic owners to give out there reviews regarding there rides so i and any other people who intend to buy a civic could finalise there rides.

Dear Arsalan, Yes i agree that it catches dust more because of its air intake position (facing front) but before it goes into the throttle body it passes through air filter....moreover, the dust in throttle body is infact carbon deposits mainly due to bad fuel. Every car requires throttle body cleaning by using carburetor cleaner.

      Agree with above. 👍

Even for normal cars one gets air filter cleaned once in a while..... Our atmosphere is dusty...

I would say there is too much hype here on Turbo issues....

If one can afford it... No need to hold back unto old engine technology.... Earth Dreamz is the engine of today.

As for Hi Octane.... Till petrol quality is not standardized and approved as promised by around October, I'd suggest Hi-octane for ANY car, turbo or non turbo, Honda or Mehran, whatsoever. This is my personal opinion though.

And Btw... funny enough... but when I went to collect my 1.5T some 5 days ago... The Honda rep catagorically stated :

" Use any fuel Sir, Honda has tweaked the Turbo"...😉

Whether true or not... I still filled the tank with Hi Octane.

If you're in Isloo area or any city with Hi Octane available.... And if you have more than 1 car.... The Turbo is the given choice... 👍

      And pleasure... 😉

There's no way that you can fill the arch gap with a 225/55/16.....then 215/50/16 may yield you half an inch more to the height.... Still not enough..

You probably have to go for 17 then.... But I would not suggest it... And the gap is not that much visible in actual.... The Civic X looks do not allow one to focus on anything but it's body... 😉

Have driven turbo civic for around 500kms and haven't faced any problems. These are just false rumours and myths.

Thanks ak bro for the advice.
I do have other cars at my home so if high octane would not be available i can use them but my major concern is regarding the dust issues as we cannot be cleaning the throttle body every 10 days as said by my friend or even once a month would be quiet a job to do.
cleaning or changing the air filter is another thing and getting the throttle body cleaned up after short intervals is another.

Forced induction always require more pampering than a NA engine, in my opinion a lot of people will treat this engine just like they used to treat their old NA engines and will run in trouble.

I was quoted the very same S Drive @14k per tyre but instead I went for C drive @11k per tyre. Paid 24k after adjustment of BG. S Drive were costing 36k after adjustment.

Many many congratulations bro. I live in Lahore so can't suggest you service centre. About the waxes etc. Try using Meguiars products. But if your car is white don't use any products having natural elements. You can also use Turtle ICE series.

Synthetic products are appropriate for White. Carnauba contents make White pale with time. Use only microfiber cloths for cleaning. Keep separate cloth for separate areas like dont use the interior cloth on exterior, rims should have separate cloth etc.
