Question XM2 vs Advan dB vs SP Sport 490,which one to choose for 9th gen civic?

AoA. Please guide me which one of theses tires should I choose, Michelin XM2, Yokohama Advan dB, Dunlop SP Sport or anything even better than these in the same price range or a bit more or less?

Priorities are "low cabin noise" and "better fuel economy". Car doesn't go beyond 120 km/h on highways and max. 75km/h inside city(sometimes). Stock size(195/65/15) is required.

The worst tyre i have ever bought, paid quite a lot for that tyre but was a mistake to buy those.

Have Yokohama Advan DB V551 in my 9Gen, it is a very soft tyre with low road noise. Once you get them on give them a couple of kms to settle down and get to absorb the weight of the car and shape accordingly. I traded my EuroStars for the Yokohamas i think i paid 17k on top. Profile was 195-65-15. Bought from Speed tyres Lahore. Bought in April 2014 the tyre was stamped Dec 2013.

Yup, Nauman bhai also referred them to me but hasn't got the chance to look at the number. We have talked and he said he will get it for me but I thought I might as well ask for it from you.

You must try Good Year Assurance Fuel Max branded tires. Absolutely amazing! Much better than all of the tires you've mentioned in your post
    JDM Toyota Premio 2008, JDM civic 2006 2.0L i-vtec, JDM corolla X 1.3L vvt-i.

Using xm2 michelen with stock size in 9th gen. It cost a bit more than other brands but it worths too. Excellent fuel economy with perfect road grip. Enjoying it and have done 6500km till now.

Xm2 and dunlop are now not in ur list. If I were you, I would have gone for Yokohama although I am very much in favor of xm2.

Guys i have a 2014 model corolla and its abt 9000kms run i want to change its tyres as now i have my budget in hand for them. As many i am also confused what to buy cc 5 continental or yokohamas??

My major concern is fuel economy so does should i go for 195 the standard size or go for 205 as the price difference per tyre according to the dealers in rwp is not more than 1000rs/tyre

Secondly as i live in abbottabad a hilly area with bumls and jumps which shall last longer

Also i could.not get satisfactory ans about the difference btw yokohama Adrive , S drive , C drive and advan decibel

King_pin and other members opinions shall be appreciated thanx

I am using yokohama advan db in my 9th gen civic, the only cons of this tyre is its life (which is arround 50k max), i dont know what is the life of michelin as i saw one gentleman changing his tyre with J rasheed neela gunbad after advan to michelin and his one point agenda to get at least 70 k from michelin which is not possible in advan db,

any body have exp of using advan more than 50k?

Euros do not last 90k. Deliberately not changing the rubber is something else, have seen many tractor drivers driving around with bald tyres too.
Tyres are your point of contact with the tarmac, one shouldn't endanger anyone's life by saving a few bucks.
