Thumbs up My Story of Wheel Spacers

    Hello,

This started when I bought Honda CiviC 8th Gen for the first time in 2010. Honda civic is liked because of its powerful engine, comfortable drive and aggressive looks.
When we talk about aggressive looks, there comes some thing that doesn't suit its over all 360 degrees view.
and that is its wheels are noticeably beyond the fender arcs.
When I saw my own car critically tu I thought about fixing it.
My aim/target/wish was to make it flush with the fender arc.

On investigation, I found out that the original OEM rim has a shoulder width of 6 inch and offset of 45mm
I will later explain what is shoulder width and offset (for those who don't know)
I didn't know much about offset at that time.

To make the looks better, I bought new rims (15 inch) with a 50 offset and and shoulder width of 6.5 inch.
The results were better than OEM but not satisfactory

this was the outcome after changing the rims.
but as you can see the difference was just 1.4 mm on the outer side which again was not enough

At that time I realized that I desperately need wheel spacers therefore so I went to the market and started finding wheel spacers.
Some one told me that I can find it in "Sultan-k-Khu".

I went there and found out that there are two types of spacers.

    1. with a thickness of two sooter (1/8th) of an inch
    2. with a thickness of three sooter (1/8th) of an inch

I bought the one with less thickness as the thicker one seemed too thick to me.
At that time, I couldn't wait to see the difference in my car. so I jacked up my car in front of the spacer shop and put one spacer in the right rear wheel.
    Ohh... wait wait wait.....
I noticed some thing. The Lug Nut turned on 4 times.
I removed the spacer and then checked.
    It turned for 9.5 times.

means, the Lug Nut will hold less than half of the Stud as compared to it holds with out spacer
But, I said to my self, 4 threads are enough because there are 5 nuts on every wheel
so i jacked up all four wheels one by one and changed all the spacers

this kind of quality was of the spacers I mentioned in my last post.
How ever I will share the actual picture. I will take pictures of them for your guys.
they were kind of universal spacers for all 100 PCD 4 or 5 and 114 pcd 4 or 5 nut.

so the new look became like this.
This time with the altered setup The outer rim poked out 11.4mm more than before
and this was a noticeable difference as well as it was quite fine.
I got convinced that this is the best possible thing.
because any thing more thick (spacer) will not cause less t
    hread tights on the NUT.
At the same time I was thinking whether 4 threads will be enough or it is dangerious

after couple of days, when I was going to Peshawar on motorway. As the car cross 100 km/hr speed, I felt extreme bubbling and wobbling and vibrations and the source were definitely wheels.
I recalled every thing and .....
the only change in car were the spacers.
I said.... this is not it ....
these spacers are not good enough to be used.
because .... they are causing wobbling and the lug nuts are just 4 threads tight.
so I reduced the speed to 80 to 90 km/hr and on my return I took off all four spacers and came back to 1x1=1

Thinking process started again in my mind....
I came up with two things.
one, I need a better quality spacers.
two, If I arrange spacers then I will try to get around half an inch spacer.

Now what to do..... from where to find/get these .........
