Question Rain water leakage in 9th gen civic.Help required!!

    AoA PW!
It's raining here in Islamabad for almost day and a half. The problem I faced today was when I got into my civic which is a little less than two years old now,it was dripping from the area just near to the driving side door. Initially I thought it may be just a leakage from the door rubbers but when I looked on the second seater's same area, it was dripping as well. Just to let you know, the car's wind-screen was changed some 5 or 6 months back from honda centre rwp due to a crack on it. I checked there myself there was no water leakage n even it rained many times after it, no such issue.
The rubber(outer side) at the place of attachment of body to the wind screen can be slightly raised by finger from some place just above the steering but it was since the day the wind screen was changed(not new). Kindly see the pictures below and let me know the possible solution (visiting Honda, being the last one)!
    Thank you.

the little rubber seal outside is for "decoration" purpose only, the actual seal is a silicone liquid gasket that is applied to the screen and then the screen is placed onto the car, The leak is in the sealant which they missed at some points, to remedy this, the windshield requires rebonding to the car.

This time - do not use any generic rtv, get the real Honda stuff from the dealer - it should be a threebond product, along with the correct cleaner and activator. - Once the glass is in place make sure to not drive the car for atleast 6 hours to prevent the glass moving and tearing its liquid seal.

thats pathetic service from honda. . you should goto honda and screw them and ask them to fix it for free or else you will lodge a complaint with honda company - - secondly your car is still under warranty, also use it.

Last time i went to honda shahrahe faisal, i saw some goons of the stealership beating a customer and abusing him. I was amazed to see that sight. Just out of curiosity, i asked that person getting beaten the reason and he told me that they replaced his master brake cylinder which got defected after 2 days due to wrong installation . once he complained the same, stealership sad its ur fault. He tried to protest at the spot and got beaten . That person was a teacher in PAF KIET. After that day i never visited honda stealership especially on shahrahe faisal. Defence one is a lil bit better

Thanks Xulfiqar bhai and all others. It means I have no other option but to go to what is rightly said by hornblower, the "honda stealership". I'll try my best but I don't think they are going to rebond it for free. Last time, almost two weeks back when I went for 40,000km checkup, I asked them to correct the "F-CAN ERROR" which I diagnosed through cluster test and they charged 1300/- for it separately and before leaving, I checked again, the error was still there.
By the way, this time it seems I am out of options and have to go to them and will need your guidance if I have to go for Consumer Court (only if it works in Pakistan).

I will go at night and throw petrol bombs on such dealership which beats customers
Be polite on the road. Always give way to others, particularly ambulances and pedestrians.

This is exactly what I will do or shoot their manager/owners right in the head.
@OP take it back to dealership and tell them to fix it. Otherwise write a written complaint to Atlas honda and file a case in consumer court.

yeah! that beating thing is totally unbelievable....where the hell in the world, this happens to the customer???
I think there is attitude problem with all of this stealership mafia in pakistan, having different ranges from as low as arrogance to high as beating the customers.Hope they won't point out pistols and rifles on their clients in upcoming years.

U r right buddy this sounds unbelievable .... But am eye witness to this. I started a discussion on purpose regarding this incident on honda defense with few customers sitting with me there, and a rep of that dealership joined us. He told us that honda shahrahe faisal is operated by someone who is famous for his vandalism in lahore and another surprise was that atlas honda is in his debt worth millions .... I dont know if he was right or not but this incident truly supports watever he said
