Default Civic 99 Speed and Fuel Problem

Guys, I have a 99 vti oriel..spent a lot of money on her but wont cross 140km/hr. Changed the fluids..plugs..filters...what not. Got it tuned multiple times from multiple places. Recently from Amjad Motr Xprts Isb. The car runs smooth but wont cross 140k mark 4 rpm. Car is on petrol and consumes alot as well, does 7 or 8km/ltr. Any suggestions?

When swapping with manual trans why did you not change the ECU ? Get the correct ecu for the trans or your car won't perform upto its original limit. Could you mind PM-ing me the process of transmission change with the costs ?

Respected Sir, this car came with the prosmatic if i am not wrong. that if in perfect working condition, locals at 5500rpm in N and 6200 in D, D3, D2. there is an electrical fault in the gearbox.
Since you have switched the gearbox, you should change the ECU as well so that it reads the manual transmission. or better yet, since this is a recent job, return it and get another auto gearbox. that would make it easier
