Honestly, I've just posted an ad to sell my car right now. Im gonna get rid of this 9th gen and go for something classier. Something that suits me even more. Something that forces everyone to look back and stare towards it.
    Any suggestions on that now?
Jbtw, not exceeding the price range more than 30.

Get a clean BMW 3 Series with the M kit or a C Class with an AMG kit. You'll get a 2006 Bimmer 3 Series or a 2006 C Class, clean ones at that. You can also get a Nissan 250GT which will cost less than 30. Get a Mark X 300G Premium with the sunroof and heated seats etc. You can get a lot of cars in this budget, clean ones
The hardest part about moving forward is not looking back.

VEZEL is a very good option around 3 million budget... It is new, it is aggressive, it is economical, and it is a head turner (most important for u)...

Brother this is far beyond my expectation. Want to get same view in 8th gen Civic I have stock headlights with stock bulbs. You have this hid with any projector or what. Please share the price. Please share make and model with specifications of that Hid. Where can I find them. How to know if they are original. Are you having Hid on low or high beam. Sorry for so much questions. I have fallen in love with that view and becoming desperate to get as quickly as possible. Most my car kisses the highways from hyderabad to karachi and have a poor visiblity at night

The HIDs are Osram Xenarc. Bought them from a fellow pakwheeler. They are installed in stock civic 9th gen projectors in low beams.
For your 8th gen, I would suggest u purchase morimoto mini projectors with HIDs. Search them online. Hopefully you have some relatives abroad who can help U in sourcing. Good luck

That sharp cutoff can only be achieved with projectors. Installing HIDs in reflector housing is criminal imho!

You can get another branded HID too. Search online for price estimates. You will need a projector set & compatible HIDs.
