Seems like the front suspension system of your car is weak. Go to any reputed mechanic in your area and ask him to check "chimtaa's" Axles, Bushes, Rubbers, Shock absorbers and Other things.

Bubbling is an incorrect term, its wobbling. The first thing to do in case of wobbling is wheel balancing. Don't just get them balanced by any shop, most of their machines are faulty. I went on a mission to get perfect wheel balancing. After wasting a lot of money on different shops and service centers Toyota Airport Motors (Lahore) balanced the wheels perfectly and the wobbling was gone.

bro same thing happened with me on my Liana but i found the culprit to be the left axle rod got bent while hitting a open sewer in larkana when i was going to rawalpindi by road.So got the axle replaced and i can hit the 150km/h in no time with out any wobble. Before finding the culprit i got 7 times wheel alignment + wheel balancing because no one was able to find the culprit.Above 80km/h it starts wobbling and when i cross 120km/h it was less feelable. Now after axle replacement no vibration at all speeds. So better get your car axle checked for bending.
Money differs from an automobile or mistress in being equally important to those who have it and those who do not.

i caught the problem one of the rim was bent although it was alloy and the bend was not noticeable but it was there . i caught the problem by lifting individual wheel using a jack and then running it to around 60kmph . the rim on the left side was bend and it was causing the vibrations. now i can hit 160kmph and their is no viberation in the steering . but slight vibration still remains when braking on hi speeds .but i think it can be neglected as its a 10 year old car .
