The 'rings' are piston rings, which are used to seal the space between the piston and the engine block. Do a compression test to check whether or not your rings have worn out. Do you see blue smoke coming out from the exhaust? Blue smoke can be caused by worn out piston rings. If it's not that then it can be the valve seals or even a bad pcv valve.

Sorry bro don't know anyone who can there. Maybe try checking a Honda authorised place or any good workshop. I'm not sure about the cost but it shouldn't be that expensive.

Don't blame rings first. There are a number of reasons for oil reduction.

Could be as simple as just an oil leak somewhere. Get under the car. Look for signs of leakage. Do the simple checks first.
But the question is, will it do a burnout?

Check pcv valve and check for leak ring piston job on d series Honda engine isn't as easy as it looks you need to soft stiffen block sleeve which 99.99% won't do in pak
