    Default Civic 2000 1.6 VTI issues misfire issues

    Hello guys, hope everyone is well.
    I want help from your guys, I have civic 2000 1.6 manual, problem is when car when I am start driving the car for first 15 minutes car runs fine after that when speed is on 60kmph and I am in 4th gear or 3rd gear, when I press the paddle slightly car start missing and lot of JHATKAz, car pick is also very low. can anyone help me with that?

    2nd.
    What if I replace current 1.6 engine with D15B , any reliable mechanic in Lahore to swap the engine? which D15B should I choose 3 stage, vvtech or any other types, please advise guys
    any idea on cost of engine etc?

    is the car with its original engine so far?
    did u get the distributor/wires/plugs checked
    Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

    Check engine light illuminating? Any error codes stored? If you havent checked, please do and report.

    check following as per their numbering one by one to trace the fault and save money on hit n trial methods
    1- Plugs
    2- Plug wires
    3- Coils
    4- Fuel Pump
    If travelling was free, You'd never see me again.

    plugs was changed about 5000 km before, plug wires are fine, pump also checked, fuel injectors also cleaned but no issue with all these

    All these were checked, not sure about coils, going to visit Honda Fort on queens road in few minutes

    U should probably check your cams and valves in that case , it also may be a case of ECU malfunction .

    Honda fort said that first of all disconnect cng and all of its wiring, that will hopefully fix the issue.....

    had same problem with mine ....... valves were worn so i did a complete valve + head gasket change .......ecu was giving errors so i had to change the distributor and air flow sensor too....now it runs fine ......my car was also throwing massive amount of water from exhaust along with missing but Alhamdulilah its running fine now

    What was the expense bro and who was the mechanic, please guide... this start happening when engine temperature reaches the middle of the meter or you can say half
