Default Honda Civic 1994 engine mixing oil and water?

Hey, our car seems to be mixing oil and water which is damaging the engine. Would anyone know the causes of this or how much it will take to repair?

Sorry, it's my dad's car and I don't know much about cars. If you guys need more info ask me and I'll ask from my dad and let you know.

Blown gasket get it checked fast before you end up in a destroyed engine

So the damage has been done, now it depends on you, if you have a trust worthy mechanic who can rebuild an engine perfectly, go for it. Or if not, source a kabali engine in better condition and swap

I pref swap over rebuild, Mechanic here do not have proper tools and honda engines are useless for rebuild even if you want to rebuild the engine it will cost you more then 50k and there will be no guarantee how long it will work. I have recently swapped a sealed d15b in december 2015, the total cost was 36k (Sealed assemble, hose pipe, labour, oil air filter, engine oil, spark cables japnese). If you need any kind of help you can contact me.
